Important information

When you book, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 50% of the total rental costs within 7 days of the booking. Once this deposit is received the booking is final and General Terms and Conditions apply.

If you book 120 days in advance of the beginning of your stay, you will receive an early bird discount of 10% of the rental amount. This discount does not apply for the high season from mid June to end August. During the high season, rental periods are entire weeks, Saturday to Saturday.

If you stay 3 nights and longer, there is a mandatory fee of 100€ for cleaning at the end of your stay.

As an optional service, you may rent bedlinen and bath towels (7€ per adult visitor per week).
